Frequently Asked Questions

Unfortunately, we are not able to offer care for animals other than those listed on our contact page for wellness or sick care.  We can offer euthanasia for various types of pets including horses and donkeys, pigs and some small mammals and rodents or birds.  We are generally unable to care for reptilian patients.

We do not offer payment plans for new clients and patients or one time visits.  Payment is due at the time of the examination.  However, we ALWAYS work with our clients to develop a plan that fits within their financial limitations.  Please let us know if you have financial concerns and we will do our best to help or direct you to available resources.

We will provide you with any information necessary for you to submit an insurance claim with your provider.  We do not have any direct relationships with insurance providers nor do we direct bill insurance.  All fees are due at time of service and reimbursement is made by the insurance company directly to the insured individual, not to our business.
